Zindan Berwary

Moving and resettlement played a major role in Zindan’s early life until he called Nashville home in July 2004. At the age of three, Zindan and thousands of other Kurds fled the Kurdistan Region of Iraq to escape the Anfal Genocide on the Kurds and took refuge in refugee camps in Turkey. After four years in refugee camps, Zindan and his family hit the biggest lottery prize life could bless them with: they received an opportunity to come to America, the greatest country in the world, where they could pursue the American Dream. 

To Zindan, the American Dream is owning part of America: owning the freedom, the hope, the dreams, and most importantly the LAND. Being able to invest in property is the ultimate American Dream. He believes the American Dream is possible for you and everyone you know. 

At the age of 19, Zindan bought his first home with his older brother and became a homeowner. While attending Tennessee State University to pursue a degree in Supply Chain Management, he decided to become a business owner in his sophomore year. He refinanced his home and took out the equity to buy a failing restaurant in Brentwood, TN, that he believed was mismanaged. From 2008-2015 he managed to build a successful restaurant brand that grew into two locations, graduated college, invested in more properties, got married, and was blessed with a healthy boy. Zindan credits all his success today to buying that first home. To him, Real Estate is an investment that can build a life of profits if appropriately managed.

Today, Zindan lives in Nolensville with his wife of 12 years and their young son. He has been a Nashville native since 2004 and has seen tremendous change and growth in the city, which has transformed into one of the most sought-after destinations. Zindan took the knowledge acquired in past careers of customer service, entrepreneurship, and management to help understand his clients’ needs and wants to offer the best service possible. His goal is to do right by his clients and go above and beyond in helping them achieve their goals in buying, selling, investing, and renting to maximize their profits.
