Duties/Opportunities:
Representing buyers and sellers by listing, marketing, touring, negotiating, contracting, and closing on residential real estate to successfully broker smooth, professional transactions with white-glove service.
Participates in company meetings, trainings, monthly coaching sessions, and lifestyle photography.
Expected to reach commissions caps within Q1 of every calendar year.
Holds an Active real estate license, E&O insurance, and current on CE, Realtor® association dues, and MLS dues.
Other Notes:
80/20 commission splits, $10,000 cap.
$250 transaction fee.
Sales caps pro-rated at time of agent onboarding for initial calendar year.
