More About Sherrie

A natural strategist, Sherrie is passionate about helping clients navigate complex financial decisions while aligning lifestyle goals with smart investments. She believes the right real estate decisions create more than equity, they create spaces where people can live well, grow, and thrive.

We like her because Sherrie’s care for people is evident the moment you meet her. Her mission to help others cultivate financial well-being while positively impacting the communities she serves guides every conversation and every client relationship.

From Tyler York CEO Charlie Peterson:

“From the moment Sherrie joined the firm, her name kept coming up in conversation. ‘Have you met Sherrie? You have to meet Sherrie.’ And it’s easy to see why. She is one of the most life-giving people we have ever met, driven by a sincere desire to see others thrive. It’s inspiring to watch someone bring both their faith and talents into their work, and Sherrie will undoubtedly change lives through what she does.”

Originally from Anchorage, Alaska, Sherrie now calls Columbia, Tennessee home where she lives with her husband, Silvio, and their dog, Benji. Outside of real estate, you will likely find her at the gym, exploring new restaurants, or serving through the Franklin Breakfast Rotary and her church.

We Like Her Because: Sherrie has a rare ability to make people feel both confident and cared for at the same time. She brings the mind of a strategist and the heart of a servant to every conversation, helping clients think clearly about their future while feeling supported in the present.
