Kevin Howard

Kevin Howard came to Nashville in 1984 and has never considered living elsewhere. He has lived in the four corners of the city, gotten to know its neighborhoods, and watched the city transform into the vibrant city it is today. Kevin is not only our resident expert on Davidson County and the historic neighborhood of Crieve Hall but also serves an integral role at TY as our Compliance Manager.  

For Kevin, it’s all about what’s right for the client: de-stressing the home-buying process, eliminating the drama, and making sure every client gets the best home possible. He believes that the keys to a successful transaction and happy client are professionalism, communication, managing the details, and getting out in front of issues. 

Before real estate, Kevin worked in the software industry as a software development and implementation project manager. He lives with his wife Joy, daughter Emma, and two dogs, and they enjoy low-key gatherings with friends at every opportunity. 

Realizing they are quickly becoming empty nesters, Kevin has become an avid runner and cyclist, going from couch potato to marathon runner and triathlete. Thrilled to be in a position to give back to the community, he serves on the executive board of Walk Bike Nashville and the board of directors of East Nasty Running Club.
