After years of working as a real estate attorney, Jennifer has transferred to working full-time with clients in Williamson County to help buy and sell their property. Leveraging her extensive legal background and expertise, she helps settle estates and close complicated transactions.

Jennifer loves to create beautiful spaces and is skilled at visualizing the transformation of a property through renovation and a little elbow grease.

She has fantastic attention to detail and legal contracts after thirteen years of practicing law. Jennifer has closed HUNDREDS of real estate transactions and has seen everything under the sun in a deal: good, bad, and otherwise.   

Jennifer is always super prepared, ready to help, and has more title and probate knowledge in her little finger than the rest of TYLER YORK combined. When not closing real estate deals, you can find Jennifer at the farmers market or balancing her paddleboard down the river. She and her husband, Alan, live in Franklin with their two sons.
