Ghislain Vander Elst

While managing a healthcare company, Ghislain pursued his great love of real estate. For over 12 years he purchased, flipped and remodeled homes in Franklin and Williamson County, converting them into investment and rental properties. After selling CardioLabs in 2019, Ghislain decided to pursue real estate.

His love of visual arts and architecture, and his business acumen have been instrumental in helping him design several homes that incorporate historical features and reclaimed materials.

Ghislain understands that finding the right house is not just about square footage, lot size or even location. Home is a place to grow, to make memories, and to build a future.

He has extensive knowledge of Middle Tennessee’s farms, woodlands, and river properties and can help you find your “escape” property. He is committed to helping his clients make their best move.

Ghislain is married to his college sweetheart. Together, they have 3 children and several grandchildren. He is fluent in French and English.
