Drew Smith

Drew Smith is a Middle Tennessee resident and an East Nashville citizen for the last four years. After graduating college from Austin Peay University with a degree in Accounting and Business Management, Drew joined a mortgage company where he worked inside the mortgage process from beginning to end. After this, Drew worked in the real estate title business handling wiring and post-closing operations.

Now, as an Associate Broker with TYLER YORK, Drew specializes in first-time home buyers and investment properties: guiding his clients throughout the home search process and contract negotiations, relieving stress off of the buyer from contract to close.

As a listing agent, Drew is an expert in analyzing property values, staging and marketing properties, navigating inspections, appraisals, and managing contracts to closing to maximize the seller’s profits.
