Duties/Opportunities:
Refers business to other brokers in the company.
Collects referral commissions.
Participates in company meetings and trainings, if desired.
Acts as Client Relationship Managers after facilitating introductions to other brokers.
Holds an active real estate license, E&O insurance, and current on CE.
Restrictions/Limitations:
Does not sell real estate under their own name, or represent any buyers or sellers.
Acts as a "silent broker" within the company.
No tech/marketing services included.
Design:
This role is ideal for real estate professionals who desire to be involved in real estate without having to manage transactions, compliance, and/or market themselves. This makes it a perfect role for agents who desire to take some time off, for agents who are retiring, or for newer agents wanting to dip their toes in the industry.
