Brandi Thigpen

Brandi is a graduate of the Jennings A. Jones College of Business at Middle Tennessee State University, where she earned her degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. Before entering real estate, she worked in her family’s auto repair business, where she learned early that trust is everything and relationships matter more than transactions. That foundation—work ethic, problem-solving, and people skills—became the launching point for what would become her calling. In 2014, Brandi transitioned into real estate and quickly built a reputation for being both highly professional and refreshingly human: the person who answers the phone, explains the “why,” and stays calm when things get chaotic.

At the center of Brandi’s approach is her personal mantra: “Serving Over Selling.” She believes real estate isn’t about pressure or persuasion—it’s about guiding people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives with clarity, care, and strong advocacy. Clients and colleagues know her for consistent communication, thoughtful planning, and confident negotiation. She is a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRBM), a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). In addition, Brandi is a TREC Instructor and TREEF Instructor, reflecting her commitment to education and raising the standard for the industry. Whether she’s working with a first-time buyer, a seasoned seller, or supporting agents behind the scenes, her goal is the same: protect the client, protect the process, and make sure everyone feels informed—not overwhelmed.

Brandi’s service extends far beyond individual transactions. She is deeply involved in the real estate community and most recently served as the 2024 President of the Williamson County Association of Realtors (WCAR).

Over the years, she has held multiple leadership and service roles focused on professionalism, ethics, and continued education. Her involvement is driven by a simple belief: markets change, laws change, contracts change—and the best agents stay committed to learning, growing, and serving their communities well.

In her role at Tyler York, Brandi’s leadership is grounded in organization, accountability, and support. She thrives in environments where strong systems and strong relationships work together. She’s known for bringing calm structure to fast-moving situations, helping agents and clients stay aligned, and ensuring that details don’t get missed when the stakes are high. She blends operational know-how with a coach’s heart—because the best results come from preparation, clarity, and a team that feels supported.

Outside of real estate, Brandi is deeply connected to the Franklin community and to her kids’ schools and activities. You’ll often find her at the marching band field, supporting local arts and theater programs, listening to live music, or winding down with a good book and coffee.
