Duties/Opportunities :
Representing buyers and sellers by listing, marketing, touring, negotiating, contracting, and closing on residential real estate to successfully broker smooth, professional transactions with white-glove service.
Participates in company meetings, trainings, monthly coaching sessions, lifestyle photography
Holds an Active real estate license, E&O insurance, current on CE, Realtor association dues, and MLS dues.
Other Notes:
80/20 commission splits, $15,000 cap
$250 transaction fee
Sales caps pro-rated at time of agent onboarding for initial calendar year.
Design:
This role is ideal for real estate professionals starting out in the industry, or looking to advance their business. Associate Brokers are developing their skills and market specialization, and are also actively mentored by a Director. They are often within their first 20 transactions of their career, in the process of mastering their core competencies, and becoming the irreplaceable business professional their audience needs.
