Duties/Opportunities: 

  • Refers business to other brokers in the company.

  • Collects referral commissions. 

  • Participates in company meetings and trainings, if desired.

  • Acts as Client Relationship Managers after facilitating introductions to other brokers.

  • Holds an active real estate license, E&O insurance, and current on CE, Realtor® association dues, and MLS dues. 

 Restrictions/Limitations: 

  • Does not sell real estate under their own name.

  • Acts as a "silent broker" within the company. 

Other Notes:

  • No monthly fees.

  • No commission splits (this would come out of the "receiving broker's" commission).

  • $250 transaction fee levied on referral commissions to cover overhead on additional processing work and record-keeping.

  • No tech/marketing services inculded.
