Six years ago, our founders opened the doors of TYLER YORK with a simple, beautiful vision: relationship-centered real estate, built on specialized expertise, that values people over profit, and collaboration over competition. We called it a “smarter” real estate experience; not a complex model, but a smarter one – built on what we believe provides the highest level of service to real estate professionals and the people we serve. 

Since then, Charlie and Tonya Peterson have stayed true to this vision, hiring for culture first, knowing that a thriving brokerage would take shape around the people that make it special. 

Today, six years later, TYLER YORK is one of the most successful brokerages in its market, consistently ranking in the Nashville Business Journals’ top residential brokerages, and proving its model of “irreplaceability” thrives in any market, growing by more than 10% in 2023 during the greatest inflationary crisis in our country’s history. “But none of that matters,” says TYLER YORK CEO, Charlie Peterson…

We get asked all the time, Who is Tyler York? We love this question; and while we won’t tell the full story here, one thing is abundantly clear:

For these past six years, we want to say Thank you.
